You will handle litigation strategy, research, motion practice, and discovery in matters involving food and agriculture companies. The role includes client interaction, court appearances, depositions, and trial support. The firm seeks attorneys who are strong writers and persuasive advocates, able to manage assignments independently while working collaboratively within a national trial team.
Candidates must have at least three years of experience in food and agriculture litigation or regulatory practice and be licensed in Texas. Motions and discovery experience is preferred.
