7 Brew Coffee — Associate General Counsel (Springdale, AR)

7 Brew Coffee is seeking an Associate General Counsel to join its in-house legal team as the company continues rapid expansion across its franchise network. This role supports legal needs across vendor contracts, franchise operations, and general business matters, working closely with internal teams including marketing, supply chain, operations, and technology.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating commercial agreements such as vendor contracts, service agreements, NDAs, and licensing agreements, as well as assisting with franchise agreements, transfers, renewals, and Franchise Disclosure Document updates. The role also involves conducting legal research on regulatory and tax matters and providing practical legal guidance to support business operations in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates must hold a J.D. and be licensed in good standing, with 0–3 years of legal experience. Law firm, clerkship, or in-house experience is required, and experience with commercial contracts is preferred. Strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential.
