Delicatessen Services Co., LLC, affiliated with Boar’s Head, is hiring a Director of Regulatory Affairs to provide strategic leadership over food safety, labeling, and regulatory compliance. This full time role is based in Sarasota, Florida.

You will develop and execute regulatory strategies to ensure compliance with USDA, FDA, and other federal, state, and global standards. The role includes creating internal policies for Food Safety, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams; advising on import and export regulations; and monitoring emerging regulatory changes to guide senior leadership. You will serve as the primary liaison with government agencies and trade associations and provide regulatory guidance to Sales and Marketing on labeling, claims, and campaign compliance. The position also supports Legal on food safety matters and collaborates with academic and industry experts to advance regulatory best practices.

Candidates should have extensive experience in food regulatory affairs, strong leadership skills, and deep knowledge of food safety, nutrition, and labeling requirements.
