Epiq Counsel — Commercial Contracts & Procurement Attorney, CPG/Food Industry Roster

Epiq Counsel is expanding its roster of experienced attorneys to support anticipated client needs in the consumer packaged goods and food sectors. This is not an immediate opening but an opportunity to be considered for future engagement based roles with leading corporate legal departments.

Potential work includes drafting, reviewing, and negotiating procurement, supply, vendor, co manufacturing, distribution, and service agreements. You will advise procurement, operations, and supply chain teams on contract risk, commercial strategy, and industry specific regulatory considerations. Engagements may also involve developing contract playbooks and improving contracting workflows.

Candidates must hold a JD and an active bar license in good standing in their state of residence, with at least five years of commercial contracting experience and strong procurement exposure. Prior in house experience in food, beverage, CPG, or manufacturing is strongly preferred. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
