Traditional Medicinals — Corporate Counsel (Rohnert Park, CA)

Traditional Medicinals is seeking a Corporate Counsel to provide legal support across commercial, regulatory, and operational functions for its herbal and dietary supplement products. This role partners closely with teams across marketing, HR, regulatory, and international operations to advise on contracts, marketing initiatives, employment matters, and compliance in both domestic and global markets. The position reports to the Assistant General Counsel and plays a key role in supporting business growth while ensuring alignment with the company’s values and regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on marketing and promotional activities, supporting employment-related matters, and assisting with disputes and litigation. The role also involves regulatory work such as preparing product registrations, ensuring compliance with domestic and international requirements, managing labeling and formula changes, and coordinating with foreign regulatory counsel. Additional duties include conducting legal research, supporting trademark matters, managing regulatory submissions, and improving internal legal processes.

Candidates must hold a J.D., be admitted to the California Bar or eligible for in-house registration, and have 2 to 5 years of experience, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house work. Experience in consumer products, manufacturing, dietary supplements, or international regulatory matters is preferred. Strong contract drafting, communication, and organizational skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a hybrid role based in Rohnert Park, CA, with in-office expectations three days per week. 

Salary range: $204,533 to $236,580.
