PepsiCo — Public Policy Agriculture Manager (Washington, DC)

PepsiCo is seeking a Public Policy Agriculture Manager to support its Public Policy and Government Affairs team in advancing federal agriculture policy priorities. This role works closely with the Senior Director of Federal Affairs and the Director of Global Agriculture Policy to shape and implement advocacy strategies related to the U.S. Farm Bill and broader agricultural policy issues.

The position involves supporting the development and execution of advocacy campaigns, monitoring legislative and regulatory developments, and representing the company before policymakers and stakeholders. Responsibilities include building relationships with lawmakers and industry groups, coordinating internal strategy across business units, and developing policy materials aligned with PepsiCo’s sustainability and regenerative agriculture goals.

Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in legislative or government affairs roles, with experience related to the Farm Bill or USDA programs preferred. Strong communication, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills are required, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced policy environment.

Salary range: $106,400 to $178,100.
