School for Moral Ambition — US Food System Reform Fellowship

The School for Moral Ambition is seeking applicants for its US Food System Reform Fellowship, a program designed to place experienced professionals inside organizations working to reform how food is produced and consumed in the United States. The fellowship focuses on building capacity within the food system reform movement, particularly in areas such as policy, advocacy, and campaign strategy.

The program begins with intensive fundraising training, followed by a one-month training in Amsterdam and the United States covering advocacy, policy, and strategy. Fellows then spend six months embedded within leading food system reform organizations, contributing directly to ongoing campaigns and initiatives. The fellowship is designed to address key gaps in funding and talent within the movement.

Candidates should have at least 5 years of professional experience in fields such as marketing, communications, consulting, finance, economics, or public policy. A background in food systems is not required. The ideal candidate brings strong transferable skills and an interest in working on food system reform and animal agriculture issues.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, with Round 1 closing April 27.
