The Colorado Department of Agriculture is seeking an Agricultural Lands Specialist to support its Conservation Services Division. This role focuses on advancing agricultural land conservation efforts, working with landowners, partners, and state programs to preserve working lands and support sustainable agricultural use.

Responsibilities include managing conservation programs, coordinating with stakeholders, supporting land protection initiatives, and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and program requirements. The position involves working with agricultural producers, government entities, and conservation partners to implement and oversee projects that protect agricultural land resources.

Candidates should have experience in agriculture, land conservation, natural resources, or a related field, along with strong project management and communication skills. The role requires the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders and navigate regulatory or program frameworks related to land use and conservation.

Salary range: $71,544 to $114,492.
