Little Caesars — Assistant General Counsel - Marketing

Little Caesars is hiring a senior legal leader to support marketing, trademark strategy, and cross functional business initiatives. In this role, you will provide general legal services to marketing, international, finance, and operations teams, with primary responsibility for reviewing domestic and international advertising initiatives and ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

You will advise on major marketing campaigns and strategic business initiatives, oversee trademark searches and enforcement strategy across markets, and manage outside counsel and internal legal staff. The role includes developing corporate policies, leading legal team operations, managing budgets, and serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership. You will also support proactive risk mitigation and provide clear, business oriented guidance to cross functional teams.

Candidates must hold a JD and have at least 10 years of experience across law firm and in house settings, including significant experience advising on marketing and trademark matters. A minimum of seven years of management experience is required. Strong communication, negotiation, project management, and executive level advisory skills are essential.
