Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani — Food & Agriculture Litigation Attorney (Dallas, TX)

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, a national Am Law 100 firm with offices in all 50 states, is seeking attorneys to join its Trial Team in Dallas. This hybrid role focuses on defending clients in the food and agriculture sector in complex, nationwide litigation matters.

You will support litigation involving regulatory and industry related disputes affecting food and agricultural businesses. The role includes legal research, drafting motions and pleadings, managing discovery, and assisting with hearings, depositions, and trials. Attorneys will work closely with clients and senior litigators while developing litigation strategy and managing case responsibilities.

Candidates must hold a JD and be licensed to practice in Texas, with at least three years of experience in food and agriculture litigation or regulatory practice. Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills are required. Motions and discovery experience is preferred.
